Our network operations centre (NOC) is based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. All services are provided utilising our own in-house servers and telecommunications equipment. Our core network is based around industry leading Sun Microsystems and Cisco hardware.The NOC has power fail back-up, and a high level of security. Our technical support team provides expert knowledge to back up our services and is available between 09:00 and 20:00 weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 Saturdays. Network Services clients also have access to an emergency support line 24 hours a day. Our objective is always to respond within 30 minutes of receiving a pager message from our customers, whatever time of day or night. |
