As stated on Registration Forms and Online, All Wyenet Internet Services Contracts are for an Annual Period. Monthly and Quarterly Payment Plan Accounts may be permitted where shown on the Registration Forms or Online.

Payment Plan accounts normally carry an additional charge which will be 10% of the annual fee unless otherwise stated.

Payment Plan Renewals are required to be paid by Standing Order unless otherwise agreed at outset.

No days of grace are permitted for Payment Plan Accounts.

In the event that any payment is not received by the due date, the full balance of the annual contract charge will become payable.

Early cancellation of the contract is not normally permitted except at the discretion of Wyenet Internet Services.
